Job summary

Archway Transitional Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Georgia. You will provide compassionate, patient‑centered care and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well‑being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring conditions, and maintaining documentation while ensuring compliance with policies. This is a on‑site position with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.”

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia or eligible).
• Demonstrated compassionate, high‑quality patient care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
