Apple Rehab Saybrook is seeking a qualified LPN Charge Nurse to plan, coordinate, and supervise nursing services for our 100-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Old Saybrook, CT.

Qualifications

• Valid state nursing license in good standing (LPN or RN in progress).
• Deep knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented with previous long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee nursing services for assigned residents while following quality standards and physician instructions.
• Provide professional care aligned with residents' needs and evolving medical care.
• Maintain professionalism in interactions with residents, families, and staff.
• Document critical resident care information accurately.
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure proper record-keeping.
