Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN for the night shift in Georgia. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct nursing care under care plans while supervising CNAs and ensuring documentation accuracy.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.

• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities
