Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab is seeking an Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team in Georgia. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide hands-on nursing care in collaboration with RNs and CNAs.

The role offers evening shifts (3p-11p) with starting pay $25.75–$29/hour, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life/disability, 401(k) with match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA or eligible).
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
