Job summary

Oxley Park Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, mission-driven setting. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans.

Qualified candidates hold a Georgia LPN license (or eligibility), demonstrate strong clinical judgment, and communicate effectively with residents and families. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.
