Job summary

Hartwell Health & Rehab is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our dedicated nursing team in Hartwell, GA. You will deliver high-quality clinical care, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs and the care team.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
