Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. You'll administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.

Full Time:

• Starting Pay: $28.35 to $31.50/hour
• Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends
• Management add on pay

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
