Job summary

Four County Health & Rehabilitation in Georgia is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and provide direct care in collaboration with RNs and CNAs, following individualized care plans.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
