Job summary

Stevens Park Health & Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality clinical care and support the interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to provide compassionate, person-centered care in our non-profit setting.

You will administer medications, monitor conditions, document accurately, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing a culture of respect and teamwork. Competitive pay and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible)
• Strong clinical judgment for patient care
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
