Job summary

Azalea Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team in a non-profit, mission-driven setting. You will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and support CNAs under RNs, with evenings/nights/weekends shift differentials and weekly pay.

• Experience in long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
