Job summary

CHSGa in Georgia is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our mission‑driven team. You will administer medications, monitor residents’ conditions, and collaborate with CNAs to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care in a supportive environment.

Starting pay is $30.40 to $33.57 per hour with evening, night and weekend shift differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) matching, PTO and career growth

Qualifications

• Active LPN license or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
• Ability to deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care.
• Strong communication and collaboration with care team.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.

What You Bring
