Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality clinical care as part of a compassionate, mission-driven team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

We offer competitive pay from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour, shift differentials, weekly pay, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, GA or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
