Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Two or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility required.
• One or more years' experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees assigned unit for the shift and provides direct patient care while supervising nursing team.
• Assist in planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care and daily unit operations.
• Monitor patient acuity, census, staffing needs, and arrange coverage to ensure appropriate staffing ratios.
