Job summary

High Shoals Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking an LPN to join a mission-driven team dedicated to delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered nursing care in a supportive environment.

You will administer medications, monitor resident conditions, and ensure documentation meets regulatory standards while promoting dignity and comfort for residents.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes.
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the team.
