Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily nursing activities within the facility.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team to maintain care standards.
• Support and guide CNAs and other nursing staff.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment.
• Staffing ratio: 1:13, allowing for strong patient focus and quality care
