Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an LPN for Midtown Oaks Health & Rehab Center in Altoona, PA to provide compassionate nursing care in a SNF setting. You will assess resident needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants.

Full- and part-time shifts available with wages of $30.00–$34.00 per hour, based on experience; a $7,500 sign-on bonus is paid quarterly through the first year. CPR certification and a valid LPN license are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of work.
• Must possess a current CPR certification.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and evaluate nursing outcomes.
• Supervise nursing assistants and other staff in the delivery of care.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards and infection control policies.
