Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, and work with RNs and CNAs to deliver person-centered care in a supportive environment.

We offer pay from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour, evenings/nights/weekend differentials, weekly pay, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN
