Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, provide direct nursing care, and collaborate with RNs and CNAs to deliver person-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and team members.

Pay:

Pay: $28.35 to $31.50
Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends
Management add on pay

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.
