Job Duties Responsible for overseeing the unit as a Charge Nurse and providing nursing care to patients/residents during shift. Serves as a resource to staff when needed. Maintain a quality of service that will fulfill the objectives of the facility and be in accordance with the policies and procedures set forth by the facility’s administration and governing body.
