As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure compassionate, person-centered care. The role offers competitive pay, health benefits, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible)
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Pay: $26.25 to $29.50

Shift differentials evenings, nights and weekends.

Your Impact as an LPN
