Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
• Proficient in English, verbal and written communication; computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process under RN supervision.
• Review diagnostic results and report abnormalities to the RN/physician.
• Assist in development and implementation of patient care plans.
• Administer prescribed medications and therapies.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient teaching.
