Job summary

Bowery Residents' Committee (BRC) seeks a dedicated LPN to coordinate health care and medical case management for clients experiencing homelessness. You will perform basic health assessments, monitor vitals, manage medications, and refer to medical, substance use, or psychiatric services as needed.

You will collaborate with physicians, provide health education, participate in team meetings, respond to emergencies, and ensure compliance with agency guidelines.

Qualifications

• NYS LPN license required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness preferred.
• Knowledge of mental illness and substance use disorder helpful.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word and Excel.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
• CPR training certification or willingness to complete CPR and opioid overdose prevention training.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and agency guidelines.

Hours

Full-time 37.5 hours per week

• Sunday-Thursday 10am-6:30pm
