Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver nursing care to residents in a warm, home-like setting in Fairfield, Connecticut. You will join a supportive team focused on resident-centered care and community connections.

The role requires an active LPN license in CT, CPR certification, and 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with the elderly. A collaborative environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification are required.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably with elderly residents.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report health changes to the care team per state regulations.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job duties.
• Coordinate care with community providers through case management.
• Respond to emergencies and support resident independence.
