Qualifications

• Current state license as an LPN (RN) is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, document, and communicate residents' status accurately.
• Observe and report changes in health to the appropriate leaders and family.
• Direct and supervise daily tasks of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentor Lead Resident Care Assistants in job responsibilities.
• Coordinate care with community providers via case management process.
• Balance service demands with resident independence.
• Respond to emergencies and call for backup when needed.
