Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and scheduled services.
• Participate in care plan development and care conferences with RNs.
• Assist with admission processes and medication administration per physician orders.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely; maintain confidentiality.
• Mentor and support Resident Assistants; supervise medication processes.
