Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or eligibility in Pennsylvania

• 1+ year clinical healthcare experience preferred in senior living or related settings
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents, families, providers, and team members
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
• Comfortable working in a pet-friendly environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee medication administration and supervise Medication Aides per regulations and policies
• Provide clinical oversight to Caregivers ensuring safe, high-quality care
• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation and monitor changes in health status
• Receive, transcribe, implement physician orders and administer medications or injections as needed
• Respond to health needs and emergencies with nursing interventions and coordinate additional services
• Coordinate resident care with residents, families, providers, and staff supporting continuity and dignity
