Job summary

Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley is hiring for an LPN Call Center in Poughkeepsie, NY. The role supports physicians, manages patient communications, and handles administrative tasks in a multi-specialty practice.

The LPN will work Monday–Friday, 8:30AM–5:00PM, with travel to Premier locations as needed. Requires NYS LPN license and infection control & BLS certifications.

Qualifications

• Current NYS LPN license required.
• Experience as an LPN in a physician's office, preferably Internal Medicine.
• Current Infection Control Certificate is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with patient office visits, including rooming patients and recording vitals.
• Administer medications and vaccines per orders and The Five Rights of Medication Administration.
• Perform select clinical tests such as glucose finger sticks and A1C testing.
• Triage patient calls and messages, coordinate referrals and prior authorizations.
• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of exam rooms; ensure infection control procedures.
