Job summary

Premier Medical Group of the Hudson Valley is seeking a dedicated LPN for its Internal Medicine division in Fishkill, NY. The role supports physicians during visits, administers medications, performs basic clinical tests, and helps manage patient records in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will hold an NYS LPN license, possess infection control and BLS certifications, and bring prior physician office experience. Monday–Friday daytime hours, with travel to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Current NYS LPN license required.
• Experience as an LPN in a physician’s office preferred.
• Infection control certificate and BLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with visits: rooming, vitals, meds reconciliation and charting.
• Administer medications/vaccines per orders and Five Rights.
• Perform clinical tests (glucose, A1C) and manage lab results follow-up.
• Maintain exam rooms, obtain records, and support infection control.
