Summary: We are hiring a Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor who wants more than keeping the wheels on. This is a true RN supervisory role where your leadership directly shapes the quality of care, the reliability of operations, and the culture people experience every day. In a CCBHC environment, the work is complex. Clients present with psychiatric conditions, substance use disorders, and co‑occurring needs, often alongside significant system barriers. We are looking for a nurse leader who can hold steady in complexity, lead with clarity, and build a team that can do the same. This role requires courage, accountability, and a willingness to engage in real conversations, not perfection.
This position includes formal supervision of medical assistants and oversight of the medication room, along with responsibility for team performance and workflow reliability. You will partner closely with the Medical Director, serve as a key liaison across programs and community partners, and play a central role in improving systems and processes, including serving as the medical department’s EHR superuser. You will be trusted to make decisions, name problems early, and follow through.
CCMH strives to address, explore, educate, learn about, and respond to the diversity of the human experience. We create an inclusive, equitable, culturally competent, and supportive environment where employees model behavior that enriches our community. We call our colleagues forward to take conscious and deliberate action to dismantle all systems of oppression by fostering an anti-racist, gender affirming, class conscious, disability aware environment where the innate humanity of others is recognized and celebrated.
Working conditions: This role is based in an outpatient behavioral health clinic and includes regular use of computers, phones, EHR systems, and standard medical equipment.
