Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support clients in recovery from substance use disorders in Western Massachusetts. The role involves nursing assessments, medication management, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (MA Board of Registration)
• Experience with substance use disorder programs
• Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports and progress notes.
• Document communication with providers, referrals and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers and mental health professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
