Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, on-site role in Hyannis, MA.

You will provide essential basic medical care, health monitoring, and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders, while maintaining thorough nursing records and coordinating with other care providers. The role requires MA LPN licensure and experience with substance use programs; familiarity with ethics and legal parameters is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse by the Massachusetts Board of Registration (required).
• Experience with substance use disorder programs.
• Working knowledge of ethics and legal parameters of working with substance abuse clients (preferred).
• Clinic operates Monday - Friday daytime hours and Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic medical care, health monitoring and medication management for clients in recovery from substance use disorders.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, med logs, incident reports, and progress notes.
• Document communication with providers, referrals, and follow-up care.
• Collaborate with case managers, primary care providers, outpatient addiction treatment centers, and mental health professionals.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and recovery staff.
• Help maintain a structured, safe, and recovery-oriented environment.
