Job summary

Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an Assisted Living community. This full-time role involves 40 hours per week with alternating weekends and an 8-hour shift. You will administer medications, participate in admissions, and contribute to care plans in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include timely communications with physicians/families, emergency response, and ongoing documentation. CPR certification and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Must have LPN license current in state of practice.
• 1+ years experience in senior care or related field.
• CPR certification required.
• Acceptable proficiency in English to perform duties and respond to emergencies.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with Federal & State regulations and facility guidelines.
• May assist with admissions including assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long-term care or service plans.
• Prepare clinical documentation and track information as directed by supervisor.
• Provide health-related consultations and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, and families as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
