Job summary

River Glen of St. Charles is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide licensed nursing services in an assisted living setting. The role includes medication administration and adherence to federal and state regulations under Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.

Shifts include full-time days, part-time 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am, with compensation at $35–$38 per hour. LPN license and CPR certification required, with 1+ year experience in senior care preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Medication administration for residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• May be responsible for admissions of new residents including all admission assessments and documentation.
• Complete acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• May track clinical systems (e.g., wounds or infection control) under the director's direction.
• Provide general health-related consultation within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of health changes with proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' information.
• May handle discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

Part-time 3pm-11pm shift $35-$38 hour

• Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.
• Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
• Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident's health and provides proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents' and prospective residents' information.
• May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.
