Senior Lifestyle Corporation is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Camellia Walk. This full-time role covers Assisted Living with 8-hour shifts on alternating weekends, focusing on delivering licensed nursing services and high-quality resident care.

Your responsibilities include medication administration, admissions assessments, care plan development, and emergency response, while collaborating with staff and maintaining confidentiality. CPR and English proficiency are required.

Formación

• Training from an accredited licensed or vocational nursing program.

Responsabilidades

• Provide licensed nursing services to residents per Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• Administer medications in compliance with Federal & State regulations.
• Complete admissions assessments and documentation for new residents.
• Develop and monitor acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• Track clinical data (wounds, infection control) under direction.
• Notify physicians/families of health changes and document properly.
• Respond quickly to emergencies.
• Maintain communication with all departments and staff.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Assist with discharges and clinical documentation as needed.

• Responsible for medication administration for the residents in compliance with Federal & State regulations and Senior Lifestyle Corporation guidelines.
• May be responsible for the admissions of new residents to include all admission assessments and documentation.
• Responsible for completing acute and long-term care plans or service plans.
• May be responsible for clinical system tracking (i.e. wounds or infection control) under the direction of the director.
• Provide general consultation regarding health-related concerns within the community.
• Notify physicians and/or family members of any change in resident’s health and provides proper documentation.
• Respond quickly to all emergencies.
• Maintain close communication with all departments and staff members.
• Provide educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain confidentiality of residents’ and prospective residents’ information.
• May be responsible for discharges, assessments, and clinical documentation as needed.

Level of Formal Education: Training from an accredited licenses or vocational nursing program

Years of Experience: 1+ years
Type of Experience: Senior care or related field
Special Certifications: Must have a Licensed Practical Nurse’s License current in the state in which they are practicing. Also, needs to be CPR Certified
Language Skills: Acceptable proficiency in English to perform job duties, communicate with supervisor and other employees, and respond and communicate to emergency situations.
