Job summary

Solon Pointe in Solon, OH is seeking a dedicated LPN for a full-time 7a-3p shift to deliver personalized care under each resident's plan. Responsibilities include medication administration, assessments, and precise documentation to support excellent resident outcomes.

You will supervise day-to-day activities of staff and promptly notify physicians of any status changes, maintaining high standards of safety and quality care. Ohio license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program and Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification and ability to pass background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to residents according to the plan of care, including medication administration, assessments and thorough documentation.
• Oversee day-to-day activities performed by staff and communicate changes to physicians as needed.
• Maintain compliance with care standards and ensure resident safety and comfort.

Education
