Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered Ohio LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized plan of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Complete resident assessments and ensure thorough documentation.
• Monitor residents and notify physicians of any changes in condition.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants and other staff.
• Ensure residents receive high-quality care in a safe, respectful environment.
