Job summary

Solon Pointe at Emerald Ridge in Solon, Ohio, seeks compassionate CNAs to join our team and provide person-centered care for our senior residents.

We offer a new wage scale, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive environment. Shifts include full-time and part-time, with 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and same-day pay.

Qualifications

• Competent in assisting residents with personal care and daily activities.
• Ability to monitor and record vital signs and health status.
• Provide meals assistance and medication reminders.
• Deliver emotional and social support to residents.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure quality care.

What You'll Do:

• Support residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Monitor and record vital signs and resident health status
• Assist with mealtimes and medication reminders
• Build meaningful relationships through emotional and social support
• Work closely with nurses and other care team members to deliver exceptional care

Shifts & Scheduling:

• Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
• Shifts available: 7p– 7a
• 12-hour shifts with every other weekend required
• PRN positions available for flexible scheduling
