Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Maplewood, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse for its Urology Care team. This 1.0 FTE position offers a Monday–Thursday schedule with no weekends and provides comprehensive benefits.

The LPN will perform delegated nursing duties, collect data, document care, and collaborate with RNs and physicians to ensure high-quality patient care. Clinic hours are 7:00 AM–6:00 PM (Mon-Thurs) and 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Fri).

Qualifications

• LPN with Nebraska Minnesota license in good standing and nursing education.
• Experience in patient data collection and charting preferred.
• Ability to follow care plans and work under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collects data for patient assessments and manages data in the medical record.
• Documents care and communicates changes to the RN or physician promptly.
• Delivers delegated nursing care per the plan of care and patient needs.
• Prioritizes work based on acuity and resources in collaboration with the team.
