Job summary

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Pediatric team at the Riverside Clinic in Minneapolis, MN. This 0.8 FTE position (64 hours per two-week pay period) is benefits-eligible. Clinic hours are Mon-Thu 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Fri 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The LPN will perform delegated nursing functions, data collection, and care delivery under the direction of an RN or physician, collaborating with the health-care team while following policies and guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or vocational training required.
• Current MN LPN license required.
• Experience in pediatric or ambulatory care a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collects data for patient assessments.
• Documents data in the medical record.
• Reports changes to the RN or physician.
• Delivers care as delegated by the RN/physician.
