Job summary

Fairview Health Services in Edina, MN is looking for a licensed practical nurse to join the vascular, vein, and wound care team. This is a 1.0 FTE, benefits-eligible opening with clinic hours Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–6:00 PM and Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The LPN will perform delegated nursing tasks under the direction of an RN or physician, provider care to an assigned patient group, and adhere to nursing practice guidelines and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Vocational School or Associates Degree in Nursing.
• MN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities

• Collect data for patient assessments.
• Document care in the medical record.
• Report changes in patient condition to RN or physician.
• Deliver care as delegated by RN or physician.
• Follow the patient’s plan of care.
• Prioritize tasks based on patient acuity and resources.
