Admissions Nurse (LPN) at Green Valley Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR, is a full-time role with a 11:00am–7:00pm schedule and some flex weekends. Pay ranges from $37.97 to $53.58 per hour, DOE.

The incumbent will guide new admissions through a smooth, compliant process, coordinate documentation, and collaborate with physicians, care teams, and staff to ensure a compassionate, customer-focused experience from first contact through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in good standing with the state.
• Experience in admissions, case management, or intake preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new patients.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
• Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients and families during admission.
• Collaborate with physicians, care teams, and support staff.
