Job summary
Volare Health's Green Valley Rehabilitation Center in Eugene, OR seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team onsite. You will deliver resident-focused nursing care, follow care plans, and collaborate with CNAs and the broader clinical staff.

Qualifications
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
- Ability to assess resident needs.
- Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
- Supervision of CNAs and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
- A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
- Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations governing practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to residents according to care plans.
- Assess and monitor resident health status and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with CNAs and health care team to deliver quality care.
