Coordinate and facilitate the admissions process for new patients
Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards
Provide clear communication and compassionate support to patients and families during admission
Collaborate effectively with physicians, care teams, and support staff
Assist with assessments to determine appropriate level of care
Promote a customer-focused experience from initial contact through onboarding
Participate in implementing and supporting new program initiatives
