Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in Illinois.
• Pass of regulatory requirements for nursing practice in IL.
• Ability to perform nursing tasks under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Chart assessments on assigned patients after RN initial assessment.
• Coordinate care with physicians/APPs; receive orders.
• Perform trach care, NG tube feeding, ostomy care as needed.
• Administer medications and hang IV piggybacks/fluids.
• Reassess and document care plans after RN initiates the plan.
