Job summary

The Village of St. Edward is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Green Campus in our assisted living/memory care community. This role supports resident care during 7pm–11pm shifts, part-time with 12–16 hours per week and every other holiday.

SUMMARY OF POSITION

In accordance with the mission and values of The Village of St. Edward, the Nurse works independently to provide direct resident care including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation; supervises and directs care provided by nursing assistants; participates in continued professional development; performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

licensed practical nurse, nurse, lpn, assisted living, memory care

• Must have a current OH LPN licensure
• Preferred experience in an Assisted Living Facility
• Good physical and mental health.

Possesses the necessary dexterity to perform injections, IVS, etc.

Able to lift, push and pull 35-50 pounds independently, and over 50 pounds with assistance.

Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and reach at different angles.

Walks, stands, and sits intermittently during the day.
