Redstone Presbyterian SeniorCare in Murrysville is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening shift. The role supports residents with total nursing care, medication administration, and detailed documentation to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• LPN license in Pennsylvania.
• Evening PT schedule: 6:00 pm–6:30 am, two 12-hour shifts.
• Experience in long-term care preferred (if stated).

Responsibilities

• Provide total nursing care to residents in the facility.
• Maintain a safe, abuse-free environment for all residents.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Document residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and records.
• Complete admissions with assessments, interim care plans, and physician orders promptly.

What will I do as an employee with Redstone?

As an LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse, supporting the Redstone mission will include the following responsibilities:

• Providing total nursing care to residents in the facility
• Maintaining a safe abuse free environment for all residents living in the facility
• Administration of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Accurate documentation regarding residents' conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records
• Accurate completion of admission process to include assessments, interim care plans, service plans obtain physician orders, and timely documentation as per admission process.
