Job summary

Palmettos of Parklane in Columbia, SC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Nurse Supervisor on the 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Lead the overnight nursing team and oversee clinical operations to ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.

This full-time role emphasizes compassionate leadership, mentorship of CNAs, accurate documentation, and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with leadership experience.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to health status changes.
• Mentor CNAs and nursing team members.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and physician communications.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.

Palmettos of Parklane is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nurse Supervisor to oversee clinical operations during our overnight shift. This leadership role is ideal for an LPN who is passionate about resident care, team development, and ensuring excellence in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift
