The Palmettos of Parklane is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to lead the overnight nursing team at our Columbia, SC facility. This full-time night shift role focuses on resident care, staff development, and maintaining clinical excellence in a skilled nursing environment.

Ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience, strong clinical assessment skills, and a passion for compassionate care.

Qualificações

• Lead with clinical oversight for overnight shift.
• Supervise nursing staff in long-term care settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Display sound clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status
• Support and mentor CNAs and nursing team members
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and physician communications
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
• Serve as the clinical resource and point of contact during assigned shift
