Palmettos of Parklane in Columbia, SC is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to supervise the overnight shift. Lead clinical operations, mentor CNAs, and ensure high-quality resident care in a skilled nursing setting.

The role requires an SC LPN license, strong leadership, and the ability to manage multiple priorities during night hours. Competitive pay and night-shift differential are offered.

Competenze

• South Carolina LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff during the overnight shift.
• Ensure quality resident care and compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
• Support and mentor CNAs and nursing team members.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges, and physician communications.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes.
• Serve as the clinical resource and point of contact during assigned shift.
