The Palmettos of Parklane in Columbia, SC is seeking a 2nd Shift Nurse Supervisor (3:00pm–11:00pm) to lead a care team in an Assisted Living Facility environment. You will oversee resident care, administer medications, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering resident dignity and quality of life.

Qualified candidates will have a State-accredited nursing program, an active SC LPN license, and prior supervisory experience in an ALF setting. Equal Opportunity Employer.

• Graduate of a nursing program accredited by the State.
• Current South Carolina LPN License.
• Prior experience in an Assisted Living Facility or supervisory role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing oversight and direct resident care in accordance with ALF/SCALF regulations.
• Administer medications and monitor resident health status within the assisted living scope of practice.
• Supervise medication techs/nursing assistants during the 2nd shift.
• Coordinate staffing and adjust schedules as needed due to call-ins or coverage needs.
• Ensure compliance with South Carolina ALF/SCALF licensure requirements and policies.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and management.

Requirements:
